New Jersey Building Energy Code

The regulation applies to commercial buildings in New Jersey, and states that all buildings must meet minimum requirements for energy efficiency.

Applicable to:

  • Commercial buildings within the state of New Jersey

Requirements:

  • Commercial buildings must meet minimum requirements for energy efficiency and emissions reductions
  • New construction must adhere to building codes that specify the design and construction of the building to ensure best energy efficiency and minimum emissions.
