New York Angels is one of the longest running active angel groups in New York City and has invested over $100 million in entrepreneurial ventures. The group is an independent consortium of over 135 individually accredited angel investors.

Members invest as individuals, with additional investment funds available as appropriate from a sidecar fund. Our members collaborate on due diligence but make individual investment decisions based on a thorough review of all information, including meeting and speaking with representatives of the company.

Angels typically invest between $100,000 to $1,000,000.
NYA prefers to invest in companies that have finished their product development and are in the process of commercializing their product.
