New Jersey has developed and institutionalized a comprehensive performance measurement system that includes: an online training provider enrollment process, the Eligible Training Providers List (ETPL); education and training provider program evaluation, and student record data collection Consumer Report Card (CRC). Each of these areas is accessed through the New Jersey Training Opportunities portal.
