NJCAT provides technology innovators with the technical, commercial, and regulatory assistance required bringing promising new ideas to market. In addition to responding to the needs of innovators, NJCAT also identifies demands for new technological systems and seek out innovators who can meet those demands. NJCAT provides assistance by focusing on capital investment in possibilities for a particular technology system and identifies sources of federal grants and collaborative opportunities.

Participants or technology developers can come to NJCAT for technical and regulatory assistance in developing technologies. Participants will be invited to take part in corporate-sponsored activities, such as seminars, and to have promising technologies assessed for potential third party verification.
