The program provides loans to projects that work to decrease air pollution and greenhouse gases, and support early commercial use of advanced technologies.
Terms & Qualifications:
- Loans are given to eligible projects that decrease air pollution and greenhouse gases, and support early commercial use of advanced technologies, which include alternative fuel vehicles and biofuels.
- This program is not intended for research and development projects.
- For loans guarantees over 80%, the loan must be funded and issued by the Treasury Department’s Federal Financing Bank.
