Using the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development free On-Site Consultation Service, employers can find out about potential hazards at their worksites, improve their occupational safety and health management systems, arrange safety and health training.

- On-site consultations that identify potential hazards in order to improve the site’s occupational safety and health management systems. Eligible sites may qualify for a one-year exemption from routine OSHA inspections
- Consultations are targeted at smaller businesses (less than 250 employees)
