The Renewable Energy Incentive Program (REIP) provides rebates that reduce the upfront cost of installing sustainable biopower projects in New Jersey.
New solar projects are not eligible for incentives, but can register for Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs) through the SREC Registration.
The program provides funding to solar installation owners, including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, State Government, Tribal Government, Fed. Government, Agricultural and Institutional.
The program provides business assistance to women with limited business experience.
Grants and/or loans are provided to entities that perform remedial activities to a DEP specified site.
